Toukiden Kiwami is going to be released on steam 25th this month and as request denials don't give any details on why, I would like to ask how come it was denied?

Stats are server side I believe.

A broadband connection is required, I assume it's an always on game, and if the stats are really server-side there's nothing to be done anyways.
I'd be careful when messing with online focused games like these.
