it works just fine as long as you are in single player, the same as every other trainer they make

Max Weight seems to be broken, but its easily countered.
Under Bonus Weight, if you put a negative amount such as -2500 it has the same effect as max weight and allows you to carry a lot of items.
It also has the added benefit of making you run fast, even faster than the Fast Run trainer option.
WARNING: When using Negative Bonus Weight DO NOT Ride a Pet. Doing so basically has a Teleport Effect when you get off the mount so you never know where you'll end up. If you want to ride a mount you have to set Bonus Weight back to 0.
Hope this helps.

I been having issues where the character editor for the player itself doesn't seem to work correctly it doesn't appear to pick up or modify data such as level or exp. I think I may have figured out what the issue is, I may have overloaded on exp on one point have simple gone over the normal values and bugged it out.

More likely it looks like the editor is pointed at some different stat since it appears to raise things to what you set but the 'core' stat remains the same. This results in a stat that reads 500/100 and it immediately resets to 100/100 once you take damage, start running, etc. It doesn't seem to be pointing to the actual stat modifier anymore.

Values cannot be higher than their maximum. Thats why health for example flickers when you have infinite health active. Because the trainers writes a very high value to health and the game resets it to the maximum health you have.
