Unpacked without executable, I guess it's still locked until 16:00hrs PST

Nope needed to restart steam to download the patch

Yeah it's weird. On GOG it says it will be released in 40 minutes as of now but you (I) can still click on launch and play it right now.

started to unpack for me and right before it was dont got the encryption error again. now its stuck saying update required but wont update

If you have it through GOG then you need to purchase the DLC for free off the site to get it
