Minor issue: The cheats all appear to work fine with their default keys (Thanks!) however clicking on a particular hotkey pulldown does nothing for me. ie. I click but no pulldown or change of any kind. I appear to be unable to remap any of the keys. Instructions say I can set the money seed by clicking on that item in the trainer but it does nothing when I click on either the word Money or hotkey entry next to it. Also it does nothing when I click the red x to close or the dash to minimize the trainer. I AM able to click on the various tabs such as Joystick and Instructions. Very odd. I just wish I could remap the keys.

Mine was working great , now its not giving health ,ammo .
I tried starting it different ways , Just doesn't work anymore except for no reload , and wanted lvl the other two numbers I use ( ONE and SIX ) do not function .
i highly doubt this.. nobody else is reporting this

I'm actually having the same problem. Health and ammo are not working.
I understand, but there is nothing in terms of antivirus antispyware on my pc. Even windows defender is disabled. The trainer was working flawlessly even after the newest update, but now it won't open. Any clue what program/service could give me the 1136 error?
what version of Internet Explorer are you running? I found when I let my computer upgrade all my trainers stopped working I am still using IE9. I might be the only one but it is something to look at.

I'm actually having the same problem. Health and ammo are not working.
I am having this issue too. In fact, not only is the health not working, NPCs are now immortal.
