When downloading a trainer, I receive the error "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." In searching the error, it would appear to be caused by the symbols in my user name. So how does one change their user name? Thanks

Thank you for the link. I went ahead and completely removed my Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 product from my Windows 8.1 box. Even with no AV or firewall, the same error "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." occurred. I even confirmed the Windows firewall was disabled. I went ahead and tried this on another PC running Windows 7 and Security Essentials. The same issue occurs. What is really odd to me is the free trainers (Fat Chicken & Red Faction Guerrilla Mega Trainer) downloaded on both of these same systems without issue.

Any other thoughts as to why the CH Exclusive downloads would fail? Thank you

I was able to verify the premium download of "Red Faction Guerrilla Mega Trainer". Is this the correct title you are trying to download or another game.

Have you tried using an alternative browser than the one you're using to download? If that doesn't work, then contact PWizard and Nevermore via PM to see if you can request a username change.

The Red Faction Guerrilla Mega Trainer I tested with is one of the free ones. I should have been clearer about the specific downloadeds I have tried. As examples, the CH exclusive trainers I have tried downloading are:

With each CH exclusive trainer, I get to the point where I have to select the checkbox for "I understand that this file has been personalized for me and is encrypted with unique information. I agree not to share or distribute this file and understand that my membership will be revoked without refund by doing so." and the Download button is then pressed.

In Firefox, every CH exclusive download attempt results in the error "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." being encountered in Firefox.

In Internet Explorer, every CH exclusive download attempt results in the error "The webpage cannot be found HTTP 404".

What is odd is the following free trainers have been successfully downloaded on the same systems on which the CH exclusives fail:

Regardless of machine configuration, I can reproduce the download issue with any CH exclusive I have tried. I am certainly open to making config changes, I am just running out of ideas as to what else to try. The working theory remains one or more of the symbols in my user name is causing the issue.
