not totally. Heal Unit, Weak Unit, Super Units, Level Up, Add Xp and Mega Skillpoints Options won't work any longer at least for me
Another case of forgetting to enable those options first with F5/6 it seems

With the new expansion the 1 turn recruiting and building no longer work
EDIT:
The one turn recruiting does work but the 1 building per turn does not work

Tested and also found this to be true.
1 turn building not working.
Correction, it still works but only with building in cities.
When your in a Horde which you are for the Roman Campaign at first you cannot fast build.
thus, the option..
