Upgraded to lifetime member about 3 months ago or so, it has still been charging me the monthly fee and wont let me cancel subscription since im a lifetime member, I dont want to dispute the charge through my bank but you guys arent giving me much of a choice. Worst customer service ever. I want a refund.

If you did it via pay pal you can cancel the monthly sub that way. If its by card you need to contact PWiz. Oh also if you have an issue its best to actaully contact a staff memeber first before goin the way you are going.

So you contact us for the first time today and that's the worst customer service ever? Our payment system clearly states that you must cancel any auto-recurring payments even when upgrading to a lifetime membership.
Since I am the worst customer service rep ever, I will address your concern and process your refund within 30 days.
