Ok after playing the game for a while I can honestly say it's hard to call it p2w even if those crates give some advantage to the ones who bought them.
When you think about it, it doesnt really matter if it's p2w or not, any in game purchases ruins the whole survival exp and makes it cheap.
The game itself is not too bad and and has great potential even if it's graphics are outdated and not in a good way like new retro games, at least the gameplay is dynamic and the controls are responsive enough to make this game decent.
What really amazed me is how well it's optimized for an alpha.
At the beginning the game ran pretty smooth for me on ultra settings but with occasional lag or stutter, a day after that they released a mini patch that solved that issue, since then the game runs super smooth and in it's current state it's far less buggy than Dayz which is astonishing.
