Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Paid through paypal but never used an actual paypal account. You can use paypal without having a account, there is a log in option or fill in info option when making purchases. I just filled in my info so I don't have an actual account to log in and cancel my renewal only a emailed reciept saying it I purchased an automatic renewing subscription. MY renewal is tommorow and I am going to be extremely upset if I get charged again. If a staff member can take care of this from here that would be great or if someone can verify despite the reciept that I won't actually be charged again that would be equally great. Thanks.
