Am I missing something? my only option for the jackpot editor are white items, money, 777, 3x bandi

Am I missing something? my only option for the jackpot editor are white items, money, 777, 3x bandit, or 3x cherry. How do I activate 3x BorderlandsSymbols? Best way for high tier weapons?
