Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I did read and search on this issue, and all I found were posts from several years back, telling people to PM their avatar image to one of the mods. I sent in a picture, with instructions on what to cut out, using the avatar upload form. I am just curious to know if the proper person received it, and about how long it takes? No rush, just wanted to make sure it was received.
