I can't even log in with my email registered on the account.
I emailed the staff member countless times and NEVER got a single reply.
Why did we pay so much for this membership and never get the support we deserve? Seriously? WTH is this?

So, like Caliber said, perhaps you skipped your morning meds or something, but you need to get your sht straight before you start going off about our support.
Stop the bragging thing also, this I joined blah de blah, I joined initially in 2005, then rejoined later. Doesn't mean I should get preferential treatment.

You supply me with a copy of your paid receipt showing the correct transaction ID and the credentials will be sent to you. Otherwise I cannot help you further.
What do you mean the account was accessed today? I tried to log in, it logs me in but it give me 404 page. Does that count as access?
I don't think my account is stolen, it is just giving me 404 page or the account have been inactivated page.
Don't blame me for how much I spent on the membership over 5 years ago. I just know it worth like a hundred dollars now.
