I want to have Anti-Virus on my Computer, but don't want it to interfere with my game Trainers. Is there a good one to use?

Not really a "good" one, but I use F-Secure, it works fine with the trainers as it interferes first time but it asks you if you wanna allow it, after that, no interference.

I like having Avast on my computer because it seems like the least system hugging AV that I have used. It seems weird that not only can I not download trainers from this site if I have AV activated but it deletes the trainer when I try to load it when AV is active.
I would love to believe that Anti-virus software is not needed but I'm afraid I'll never truly believe that. Virus' have destroyed several of my systems before and personally I'm not willing to let that happen again.
It's annoying for me to have to disable my shields every time I download or run a trainer but I guess that's the inconvenience that I'm gonna have to go through to use all these awesome trainers.
