There is two monster truck style motors in the list.

The Liberator which was an indipendance Special. Which is no longer available. Click the Linkie.

The Cheval Marshall is not on the PS3 or Xbox 360 versions. But will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. But! only to those that played it on the PS3 or 360. Clickie the Linkie.
