You really shouldnt be using this online as to not be flagged as a " cheater"

I have noticed on my end neither inf ammo OR no reload work at all. however I did get through mission one without dying so I guess inf health still works? (or was I just lucky)

Yes the trainer doesn't seem to be working for me either, at least not all of it.
Steam version, latest patch etc, no DLCs

Unlock items worked.
Options 2,3,4 and 5 and 8 did not work.
I think health worked. Got shot numerous times and didn't die, unless I was lucky.
I didn't play the game that long though, just a couple levels so far.
I didn't try the other options yet.

Co-operative play now available for both DLC missions ("Hunt The Grey Wolf" and "In Shadows".

AI armed with a panzerschreck and a pistol are now slightly less confused about which weapon they should be using, and the panzerschreck now does slightly more damage to the player.
AI vision slightly improved in difficulties other than Easy (so sub 30m and sprinting players should be seen more easily).
Fix for an animation glitch when mounting a turret.
Ribbon images in the service record should be displaying again.
Fixed binoculars, grenades and trip mines in the "Hunt The Grey Wolf" mission as they'd mysteriously lost their textures.
Aim assist tutorial now hidden if aim assist is disabled.
Scopes for the Springfield rebalanced, as is the MP44.

That's probably why the trainer no longer works correctly.

EDIT: No the patch was released just two hours ago, which is after the above posts.

You're spot on. The patch is released just after the complain starts to come in. I guess, this game is meant to be patched every few days.

Silly me.. I forgot to turn off automatic updates.. now I have 1.05 and the newest trainer isn't working with it.

Anyone aware of a way to revert back to an older build of SE3? The BETA tab isn't listing any previous builds.
