Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I recently placed a Request for an updated trainer for Warhammer 40k - Dark Crusade on Steam. I paid the 50 credits for the Request, and a few days later I received this:

"You requested a trainer for Warhammer 40K: Dawn Of War - Dark Crusade using 50 of your request credits. This title either exists on the permanently retired list, is an online only multiplayer game or already exists in our database. Your 50 credits are used as a penalty and are not refunded. In the future, please make sure any title requested meets the requirements as outlined on the request page."

The game is not on the retired list. Game version on Steam is 1.3, and the 1.2 version trainer does not work. I tried all option with admin privileges, no antivirus, and in all compatibility modes with the trainer located in various file locations. No options work.

It's not a big deal to me if the trainer isn't updated or my request is approved, as it is a bit of an older game. But should I be penalized the 50 credits? Seems a bit harsh, since it's not retired and the trainer does not work with the current version of the game. Normally I wouldn't care, but seeing as 100 credits run $15 USD, it's a bit pricey to replace them over a misunderstanding.

The requests system is not to be used to request an update to a trainer that is in ACTIVE status. You do this on the message boards.
