It sucks because I want to play solo and cheat. That's might right. But that's taken away.

What's driving others crazy is that this also makes all those mods and such which improve the game's performance, controls and graphics are now also bannable offenses.

You can play the game with Steam in offline mode (Which definetly sucks). But I've been able to block the game itself with my firewall, so when it tries to connect to the game servers it fails and it'll force the game into offline mode.

What I'd like to know, is if when I block the game with my firewall, and force it into offline mode, does it turn VAC off??

Or would I have to put Steam itself in offline mode? And does that even work?

Dark Souls II should have the option of making your own world VAC-enabled or non-VAC enabled.

Who agrees?

That should have been implamented. Like the punkbuster games that gave you the option to have the server protected or not.

Absolutely, but no, they prefer to play god with their customers.

Have you seen the number of dissatisfied people on Steam, huge, hopefully that'll teach them (if they even care, while sitting on their m(b)illions).
