Bugger! My first (now second) ever post is in relation to a problem.... I have logged in with my email, answered the new security question and now my account seems to have reverted from unlimited to 'free' status. Is this a glitch in the matrix? I have been an unlimited member (or lifetime membership if you like) for quite a few years. I was a free member initially but then took out lifetime membership, and alas no I don't recall specific date, but quite a few yrs back now. I cannot provide an email receipt as it was so long ago and have in the interim cleared the email account a few times. It was working all fine until recently.
Has happened before people using wrong e-mail and either getting into another account or not getting in at all. I sadly can understand your problem. I'm a lifetime as well and wouldn't be able to show receipt for my purchase due to the payment method used and how long it is ago.
ahhhh, figured it out, by finding an old 'black book' of ummmm passwords and stuff.. yes def an old free account.. have now logged in with this and shows 'unlimited'... Peter I PM'd you, so please now disregard.. and thank you again for your interest.
