Hi
I thought so too. But i created these 2 files by my own and set them to read only. So the trainer could not override these files.
Now im wondering, because the trainer works without the possibilty, to write both files. They are still there with 0kb.
any idea?
cheers Di
it IS possible that a copy.dll is created by older trainers? which trainer is it? that copy.dll is literally generally a copy of the game .exe. sometimes this is used (very rarely) to help with getting around game protection scanners.
if there is a virus checker flagging this file, I would have no idea why since literally it is generally a copy of the game .exe for that trainer, just renamed to copy.dll.
delete it and then run the game and then press F1 in trainer and if copy.dll is created, check size... it likely will be exact copy of the original game .exe.
as our methods to get around game scanners has improved, we abandoned this old method. I am not sure if our newest trainer template still will occasionally create this or not.
just rest assured that our trainers do not create viruses and are harmless. we've got thousands and thousands of our trainers out in the public. I challenge ANYONE to prove that our trainers are doing ANYTHING malicious or viral or collecting personal data or ANYTHING like that.
best,
Cal
