Feedback, Complaints or Problems

today,when I want to use my trainers.
It tells me to go online to be authorized,
But I am online already.

This is the second time it happens, I try to use offline key method, but don't work either.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer. plug pc directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls. if been using vpn software like spotflux then a reinstall of windows may be necessary.
