Bioware has broken DAO. If you had DLC it will no longer work properly. Also if you had the Ultimate Edition on steam like me it will not show up now!
I believe this is because of the change to there site. Which is connected to your Game.

I have found a fix. For those whos DLC has vanished.
find your dragon age folder, you may have saved it else where but this is how I find mine.
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\dragon age ultimate edition
Once your in there find the file that says REDIST should be near the bottom. In there run the file that says DAOU_UpdateAddinsXML_Steam, when that finishes run the other file called DAUServiceSetup_Steam. Start up your dragon age ultimate and hopefully everything should be working.
This worked for me.
