Hi, i am an unlimited member, recently none of the trainers i download are working..disabled the kaspersky, tried offline key, still not working..plz help

right click on trainer and run as administrator. wait for trainer to finish authenticating before doing anything else (running other programs, clicking outside of trainer window etc.)

if problem persists, disable/uninstall anti-virus, firewalls, and other security software.

completely uninstall Kaspersky. plug pc directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls. right click run as admin on trainer. once you get it working, reload AV and put router/firewall back to determine what is blocking it.

I have removed kaspersky ,plugged to internet trough cable rather than wifi,removed firewall... still not authenticating...! i have used all these trainers before...is there anything wrong with my account?

all the old trainers available for cheat happens members work even now, but none of the trainers customized for my account work....any other troubleshooting tips?plz

I've only seen you download one trainer recently and that is an old one for SR3 which is not compatible with Windows 8 or IE10+11 on Windows 7 or earlier.

Pwizard, i just downloaded sr4 trainer and it authenticated, i removed ie11 using the trouble shooting guide, but sr3 still does not work,anywork around that,anyway to downgrade to ie 9 from ie 11? thanks for the help..
i had these trainers i downloaded for all my previous games i played before,none are authenticating now....all were downloaded using this same PC...

downgraded back..all old trainers AUTHENTICATING AGAIN...THANKS....
