I appreciate the trainer dev's effort on making so many trainers available for us.
That said, I would like to know how I could request an update on trainers for games that have not been retired?
I'm looking at Expeditions: Conquistador. The last trainer version is 1.4, but the game since has been updated twice to 1.45 and 1.5 for nearly 6 months.
I would like to know how I can notify trainer developers on unretirred game's update as they probably can't keep track of every game update, and also how to request for a new trainer(for games that have not been retired).
I reckon since I'm not allowed to start a new thread in a game-specific board for trainers, I just gotta post a comment and wait? (But someone else posted a comment requesting an update a few months back on the game.)
I read from the steam community that this is probably going to be the last update for this game. I would appreciate it if you could find time to update the trainer to 1.50 version.
Thank you!

Am sure at some point they will get round to checking it. You just need to be patent. With so much work being done and it being a new year. There is more games coming out. So just wait.

But how could I let devs know that there is an update? Surely they don't have means to instantly know whenever games got updated?
I don't mean to sound whining or disrespectful, but the 1.45 update was made on 16 Aug 2013, 5 months before.
Wouldn't you say it's a tad bit too long time to simply advice patient waiting? If the game is not popular enough to be prioritized, I understand. I will be satisfied enough to just know that devs are aware of the update, even if they don't plan on updating the trainer in near future, and wish to know how I could help the devs to get status update on other games without bothering them.

First just leave a message in the trainer thread that there is an update for the game including version number (if possible) and source of the game.
Sometimes we just don't see the post, so you can send a PM.
//edit: Btw the game you're talking about has only trainers for the GOG/Retail version, not the steam version. So there might be a conflict at all.

I haven't bought the game yet, as I usually wait for trainers before buying the associated games. (This is due to my previous experience with Last Remnant which I couldn't beat without a trainer )
Thanks for the tip. I will buy GOG version when 1.5 trainer becomes available.
