I have not been able to sort the server issue for other Ubisoft games. Even no responce from Ubisoft on it. So am in the same boat with you even tho its not on this game.
Other than that, sounds like traffic is being blocked hence why no authorizing data packets are being received to enable your content.
Make sure your security software isn't blocking it, i.e. put the game folder into the software exclusion list.
My copy is Steam purchased, which is also where I activated my season pass. Disabled Firewall and Anti virus software but still cannot or have ever been able to click on Extras or Tyranny of King Washington on the main menu. Just get that Ubisoft servers unavailable.
I ask only because those ubisoft support bots/random indian person are of no help at all...
