    Interesting.

I just did an advance purchase of Reaper of Souls. Since that time, Blizzard introduced a multi-game launcher for WOW, D3, and Starcraft.

The trainer has since been shutdown, but generally after playing for a couple of hours, then this morning, it was entirely removed from my system. I could not locate it anywhere.

Granted I have it in the same directory of D3 and I also moved the files to a new location, so that might have been the cause, but, just thought I would let you know that something MIGHT be amiss.

If it's in the same folder as the game installation then theoretically the updater program that launches before the game can modify it with ease doing a validation against its program installation folder. I wouldn't put it past Blizzard as the type to specifically target only CHU's trainer but anything it deems as "3rd party cheats" they outlawed in their games.

Sucks but what can you do. I think you can still use this trainer if it's located outside the game installation folder though.

I moved it out, but just outside of the install folder.

    :\Program Files\Diablo 3\Diablo 3\ (Game Folder)

    :\Program Files\Diablo 3\ (Trainer Program)

Ran for a couple of hours and it seemed fine. Will know more when I play some more.

Actually, the trainer is named differently for each user who downloads it from this website.

Warden works by creating hashes of the game exe file. Since the trainer modifies the exe to do its magic, it causes the exe to fail that hash check. When Warden scans and what it does with that flag is unknown but that's generally how it works.
