I have been overseas and just came back to find out that you need "Lifetime" for games with 20+ version updates. I have to say I DO agree that more money should be charged for these games as I understand its a fair amount of work to do. So I don't disagree with that. What I do disagree with is that I'm a yearly member as of 08/2013 (which I subscribed solely for Wargame ALB) and from the consumer stand point yearly members should have been "grandfathered" in until the expiration of their membership then if they wished to renew they would need lifetime for those games. So I feel bamboozled as a consumer. Whats next? Ill have to pay more for games with 10+ patches? I've never heard or seen this happen anywhere, where you pay for a service then are told you have to pay more for the same service. As the consumer I don't say "Well since I think this game is worth this amount of money I'm just going to pay what I think it's worth and not what's being asked by the developer." I paid for a year of unlimited downloads and I am now not getting what I paid for. Since I'm not getting what I paid for I should be grandfathered in or receive at the very least a partial refund. I'm not paying 80$, 40$ or even 1$ more. So thanks for taking my 50$ and then telling me I cant have what I paid for!

Not to mention I'm fairly unimpressed with this statement from the last post on the message boards titled "NOTICE: Games Requiring > 20 Trainers" from an "admin" who obviously has no customer support experience: "So, support the policy and our site if you want. Don't if not. Trust us, we will be fine either way. Thread closed." SO IF YOU'LL BE FINE EITHER WAY WHY ARE YOU CHARGING MORE MONEY???!!!

Don't bother responding because I now have no reason to log in!

Lifetime membership doesnt cost that much, why dont you get it? I dont see the problem here. What CH does its quiet cool, like the new request system. About that 20 + update i dont mind, i mean it would bother me too if i had to update the trainer every couple days. So yeah why shouldnt one charge something extra?

dood 37 trainers for one game!! They implemented this because i quote PWIZ"in JULY 2012, we released 64 trainers. In JULY 2013 we released 179 trainers. That's a 280% increase in the number of trainers that we had to release in order to keep up with new games and patches. In the first six months of 2012, we released 376 trainers. In the first six months of 2013 we released 897 trainers. Again, a 240% increase. We had to hire an additional programmer and have not raised membership prices to adjust for these additional expenses" SO... based on basic supply and demand there's a premium on 20+ trained games. It's either that or we get less trainers. Which i would not like to see since i'm an avid gamer. Therefore it seems reasonable IMO.

Sorry but you being oversea's does not mean you can not log in. Unless you are in the middle of no where! Where there is no internet at all.

The change was advertised for some time. There was a discount code in place at the time. If you never bothered to try and keep up to date or for that matter READ THE TOS while siging up. Is your own fault.
