While having the fast dig on my hammer weapon seemed to cut a tree in half while I was attacking a bird, and my game froze after that, so be a bit careful with faster dig on, since it seems to be the cause

Restart your game and try again, make sure you're not using the openGL version of the game.

Had the same problem and fiddled a bit,
Try using the Reset Values option in the trainer while playing, worked for me, probably its an issue with the increased value of infinite health and saving the game

As a note to 0x90, I have gotten to late game and found that the infinite health option really loses its bite. The extended health bar only goes to 999, and the new HP totals are larger than that. Furthermore, I see creatures landing hits of up to 4000+ in a single blow. Granted they were a midboss monster, but still. Just a heads up.

Because the health bar size is fixed now, I can increase the maximum health without a problem, noted.
