XCOM: Enemy Within Message Board  

Having the same problem as other people, the in game character editor doesn't work.

Ever since he updated it, mine has worked. Make sure you are running it as admin, and then hitting F1 at the menu. When I hit F1 in game sometimes it doesn't load everything correctly.

Man, do I like the way the trainers and editors automatically check for a newer version for you.

I run the editor and it tells me, Hey there;s a newer version out.

No one even comes close to you guys.

Having the same issue as other folks with the base stats. The data for money for example shows a huge negative number. None of the threat levels are correct, and no edits save. The trainer works great.

I am running windows 8.1 x64 and have made sure I was running it as an admin, for those who are successful what OS are you running?

The editor is working perfectly for me, I'm running Win7 64 bit as admin with an exclusion in AVG for it.

What I did was create a folder and placed all my CH programs in it and then have an exception in AVG for the folder.

I really like having the unlimited resources again.

Works perfect.

Had some initial problems with panic reduction, but just re-started game and editor and then it worked.

I can't get the hotkeys to work though.
When I activate HOTKEY and then go to SET a hotkey, I get a MicrosoftFramework error.

Any ideas about that?

Base stats don't work for me... it has strange values like a huge negative number and huge positive numbers for other things.

While that part may not work, the "unlimited resources" part DOES WORK and that's a big plus for getting a bunch of elerium, alloys, alien corpses, weapons fragments, etc that the trainer does not provide. Very useful for researching newer tech and building advanced items.

Damn, that's unfortunate. Sure evened the playing field on impossible difficulty lol.
