Can't get the music to start

Hello, I seem to be having a problem with my Incoming game.
I installed it and played it, works fine on my Vista...but I don't get any music.
I checked to see if my version of the disk has music by putting it in a CD Player...and it does.
Not sure what to do at this point? Could someone help out? 🤔
