Not sure if image host is trolling me

or my internet is slow

Mostly people get this when their cookies is a bit messed up or the DNS cache saved locally is wrong.

So clear cookies

and goto start > type cmd into the run box or search box and when the command prompt window shows.. type the following

ipconfig /flushdns

And then restart your browser (or better yet restart PC)
