Trouble authenticating

Hey there ive been using the site and trainers fine untill a few days ago. Now when i load a trainer it comes up with Invalid User in a red bar at the top. Nothing has changed in my usuage of the product, plz help as no matter what i try i cant seem to get it to work again.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer. plug pc directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls. download offline key. completely disable network connection. etc

Hey, ive tried all that even rollback my PC, at the end of the offline key tool page came up with a error wouldn't complete. I have properties/admin checked still no joy.

No, idea, sorry. Something on your end has updated or changed and is causing the block. Your personalized trainer authenticate fine on my pc.

I am having a similar problem. My account status says Unlimited so I'm assuming my account is upgraded correctly. However I still get an Invalid User message at the top of any trainer I try to use.

Help?

You had a trial account that was allowed to expire and now your system has cached the block. You will need to clear all system, browsers and network device caches, reboot all devices and then try again. If still not working then you will have to wait for the cache to clear on its own.

Alright, so I have cleared my system cache and all of my browser caches, restarted my computer, restarted my router, and it still does not work.

I turned off my firewalls, I have no AV (none that I am aware of anyhow), my router firewalls are down as well. The trainer still will not work properly.

I cannot figure out how to clear a router cache (I don't think it has one?)

How long would you say it should take for the cache to clear on its own if that is still the problem?

EDIT: So I tried to get a trainer working on a separate computer (PAYDAY 2) and it still says I am invalid user. I have never used a trainer on this computer before so I don't think it is a cache problem.
