    Hello,

Earlier today, I decided to give cheathappens a go and bought a trial key for a game. I was messing around with it at my university network, and it worked perfectly fine. However, now that I am home, it seems that I have an authentication issue with my trainer. I even followed the steps shown in this page (www.cheathappens.com/trainer_troubleshooting.asp) and even rebooted for good measures. I'm not exactly sure why it was working earlier today at my university and not right now at home.

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Just for clarification: did you save the file to a flash drive (or the like) and attempt to transfer it to your personal computer... or did you download the trainer again directly to your personal PC?

If you did the former, that is your problem. If I remember correctly, the files are customized for your individual PC. If this is the case, simply download the trainer from your personal PC.

Additional information is required to help you out in this pinch.
That is the smartest thing I have ever heard anyone say about anything.

Another issue could be that you have IE10 on your home system. Which would mean you need to revert your IE10 to IE9. But you could also try re downloading the same trainer and see if it works before doing the what I said at the start. But also remember it takes a few seconds to authenticate.
