Roll back to internet explorer 9? what does IE has to do with the trainer?
Is it because of the connection it needs to connect to CH to check if the trainer is legal?
Isnt there some sort of offline authentication? cause i use IE 10 for some CRM systems, and there is some issues with IE 9
Trainers use the Internet Explorer API to perform online authentication. IE10 is known to have issues with this process. There is an offline form of authentication but it requires you disconnecting your computer from the internet completely. See the trainer troubleshooting guide to create an offline key.
If you want both items at the same time, you may have to use a VM for your CRM systems.
