no ETA. nobody has hacks for this at this point, and for good reason. Much of the LUA functions used by us to inject scripts into the game are missing or coded completely differently.

the basic problem is that the developers have created (after 3 years and $120 of DLC content) microtransaction systems where you can spend real money to buy drills and items in the game. Being able to completely wreck the game using LUA scripts like we did before is a major problem for this game now, since people can literally sell items and buy items. So we are walking a thin line on this title EVEN IF WE CAN RE INSTITUTE CHEATS for it.

Right now people who know what they are doing (i.e. coders like me) are going over this in discussions in various blogs, sites, and chats to see what we are even able to do with the game. Right now we would be borderline 'cracking' this game..

As a side point, some people are claiming that you can revert your game to older versions and start using the trainer again. You would have to do a search for instructions on that.

Yeah I saw some members downgrading PD2 prior to crimefest and other coders moving away afraid to get into some trouble with market on Steam.
The problem with downgrade is that you can only play online with players on the same version (very very few so far, and waaay out of my region, aka laggy).
Anyway, just wanted know. Really enjoyed playing with the trainer.

An informative update and much appreciated. I was a bit concerned with the possibility of the microtransactions totally wrecking things. Doesn't help that OverShill has blatantly gone back on what they had originally promised. :/

Regardless, to everyone wanting an ETA, I personally anticipate no updates until after October 24th and probably a bit after that as well. Seeing as how they are continuing to dump out CrimeFest2015 updates until that time and likely a slew of fixes on the tail end of that as well.
