Recently after a while of not playing any games, I have returned to find that all of the trainers I had downloaded or new ones that I download are crashing. I open the trainer and when it starts to authenticate the trainer it will come up with a program not responding message and i have no option but to close the trainer. Any help is much appreciated.

I have the same problem as you for month's now and have to use the Offline Authenticator for all my trainer's. I was told the problem is related with IE10 but only have IE9 installed.

This can happen if you are not using Windows 8 compatible trainers and you have Windows 8 OR IE10 installed. It can also happen if your AV, firewall or other security software (or network router) is blocking the trainer from authenticating.

I'm using Windows 7, my antivirus has been told to ignore the folders that contain my trainers, firewall has also been told the same and it has only been recently that the trainers have begun to crash

No idea. Something on your end has obviously changed. You'll have to systematically figure out what it is and correct it.

Windows Update automatically installs IE10 and you would have to manually uninstall it if it was installed on your Win7 machine.

I've tested a trainer and the authentication is working. If you still think it's related to the system please tell us which trainer, which system, which antivirus and firewall you have installed.

Clear all browsers, network device and system cache and cookies including DNS cache.
