Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Occasionally, my internet stuffs out for some reason that I don't know, and in rare cases it does this for the whole day. To fix this, I tried to get the Offline Key working, but I was asked for my secret question. I've tried everything I could think of that would be an answer, but nothing's working. Hence, I'd really appreciate it if my secret question could get reset.
