This was some of the most god awful service i have ever had


This receipt is for a TRIAL MEMBERSHIP which was activated successfully on May 12th. You have downloaded trainers for 5 games which is the limit. If you want to download more, then you will need to upgrade to a full membership.

Yes, that is correct. It states this very clearly in multiple places throughout the site and checkout process.

Can't blame a company who gave you all the information on what you are purchasing when you didn't read it.

This is what has happened from what I can see (I am not staff), you purchased thinking you had so many days of access to everything but like most people you didn't read the terms and conditions.

It was your own fault unfortunately, take it as a lesson to read things in the future in more detail (especially when dealing with banks and credit card companies).
