As most ppl know IE 10 is in windows 7 update list and my computer has already installed it! BUT! C/H Please you guys need to catch up, so I can get back to hacking my favourite games, One other question I have, what happens to my trainers when my Unlimited acc expires?

there is an offline trainer option already as for your question nothing happens to the trainers.

Updating every single trainer will take a significant amount of time and updates and new releases will be put on hold for a long time. We have threads on this board on how to request updates for a specific game for IE10/Windows 8 as well as remove IE10 from Windows 7.
On a one month trial account, your trainers become invalid and are no longer usable. On 1-3 year accounts, you can continue using your trainers after your membership expires but you will not be able to redownload them nor get updates.
