Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Trainers like the ones for Highborn, Impire , Age of Empires 2 HD aren't running or if they do ,they either crash or crash the games.
I've disabled real time shield in webroot because it's been detecting them as malicious and deleting some ~Mnn113.tmp file. But even after disabling the shields, the problem persists >_<
help please!
I'm not having any issues with other trainers like The settlers and stronghold 3.

completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software until you can identify what is blocking the trainer and find a way to bypass it. right click run as admin on trainer. these trainers are made by a different author and use a different security template.

Thank you! I can say for sure it's webroot's fault. It goes mad whenever I open any of those trainers . Disabling all shields make them run fine except for Highborn, probably a version thing, I don't know really .
