I believe it is from what I could tell from some reviewers comments about it at E3. Still looks like its going to be sweet tho. Killing while in the buff hehe. Ok seriously am 30 and laughing at that thought..... it! Its fun as hell.

The developers clearly stated that its no where near a dlc. All they said is that it "started" as a dlc. Somethings start in peoples heads, some things start from thin air, some things start from dreams and ideas, well you get the idea? this one started from a dlc...

What they did is realized, this is a cool dlc...lets put more on it, and add tons of more to it... They basically said this is more content than saints row 3, and just as long if not longer...they added much more fun to the open world outside of missions...

Just read pc gamers reivew, they gave the game a freaking 9 out of 10

so in short... this seems to be one of those types of games where it builds on your own personal imagination (like sims) while at the same time offering funny moments.

I personally am gonna play this like the matrix, as neo... since this game is basically a copy of the matrix/superman/prototype/simpsoms/ummm u get the idea...
