Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi ppl, here is a brainer for all the members for my benefit and its this...

I can get the console down easy with the Tilde key..BUT i cannot get the Dev-Mode to,i have seen it working on the net,but i cannot find any instructions as to make the Dev-mode work,my young 25 year old son has done all he can and he cannot get it to work.

like i have said i have seen it working so thats good..maybe its my rig lol.

Anyway would love you guys to help.
