From the trusty trainer troubleshooting guide:

Make sure you have the right version. If the trainer is written for v1.1 and your game has been patched to v1.2 then this is a good reason for the trainer to fail. Trainers are looking for very specific places in memory or the executable and updates tend to shift these locations around. Many times you can reinstall the game back to the level needed to get the trainer to work. Otherwise you will need to wait for a new version of the trainer to be released.

Unable to download the newest trainer. It keeps giving me the trainer for Bioshock 2.

LOL!! did you even run the trainer to find out if that is even true?????????.. My trainer for the latest version of BioShock Infinite is named Bio2-.exe and it is definately NOT for BioShock 2!!!!!

Just wondering if we could get an All Blue Ribbons cheat working for the trainer. Pretty please.

As mentioned before, the latest version of the Bioshock Infinite Trainer is named like the Bioshock 2 Trainer. If you have both, it'll overwrite (which I didn't notice). Yes, I still play the older ones too.
