its confirmed.. for some reason the developers added the dreaded steam triggers almost two weeks after the original game was released. why? I have no idea. the game was cracked within hours and most people who didn't pay for the game have already completed it. all this does is screw up the ability for modders and trainer makers to make trainers for the game. also, they cracking groups love this sort of stuff and my guess is that by morning tomorrow they will have already removed the triggers..
at any rate, we updated our trainer to make it work again with all the same options. it's late so pwiz may not post until morning..

Second update (arnd 8MB) downloaded and installed an hour back by Steam.
No change when CTD is concerned. Happens every time an enemy dies.
I think I've the same problem as Ericthered24. The game crashes short time after using the trainer.
