Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I emailed in my complimentary-with-my-unlimited custom avatar almost 2 months ago and it still hasn't been changed. The instructions say it can take upto a couple weeks, well it's been alot longer than that.

For those who might ask, it was a non-animated JPG file of exactly 80x165, the same size of the avatar template, and certainly nothing offensive.
In case the problem is on my end, I have logged off and back on, and deleted my cookies a couple times just in case. I'm all good.

Everyone has not recieved their custom avatar yet, Nevermore is simply very busy. I cannot talk for Nevermore or the staff but I apologize for your waiting and do not worry as soon Nevermore has the time he will see it done

I talked to Nevermore a few days ago, and he said he would do his best to get to it in the next couple of days. He has been very busy lately, and we all have to be patient and understanding in knowing that he is the only one who deals with the Avatars/Headers. I to am waiting on an Avatar, and know that it is a little frustrating, but we just need to be patient while Nevermore deals with more important things in his life.

perhaps it took so long because you emailed the image instead of using the built in form on your edit profile -> select avatar page.

i actually don't think Nevermore does custom avatars anymore, there is someone else who handles it now, so using the form on the site rather than emailing nevermore will most likely prove more efficient.
