I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but every now and again when I post a topic that contains some 2000 letters it won't actually post. It submits like it would normally, but the topic is not actually posted. I've had this maybe 3 times now.

I've noticed this with blog comments and posting in general as well. It's not a common occurrence, and it seems to happen more when a larger body of text is submitted.
