It is a mod I am making. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or ideas to make it better. It's pretty much the exact opposite of the Byzantium Empire so far. But I'm adding in features that will allow you (as the western Rome) to interact more with Byzantium.

Well, if it can be modded in a way that whatever character holds it gets Caesar as their last name would be pretty awesome,
EDIT as well as whoever founds it automatically splits from whatever house they had before possibly, founding a new dynasty.

Well so far I've made it so that when you found it, instead of 'Emperor' you would be labeled 'Caesar' as it is a empire consisting of two kingdoms (Italy and Sicily).
You will also, much like reforming the Roman Empire, get a trait that will be added to each leader of the Western Roman Empire. Byzantium will also get an equal trait as you are now both vying for the title of the Roman Empire and all the lands thereof.
However that new dynasty line also sounds interesting, so I will look into that.
