    Just as a quick note i also own an EVGA classified gtx570 that is superclocked out of the box and reducing the memory and core speeds down by around 30 to 50mhz stopped all errors from occurring in cryengine based games,

    Just pop the speeds back to normal for your other games and you should be set to go,

    Just out of curiosity too what voltage is your card running at?

    No thats not it. If you are unsure what GPU you have use CPUid its free and it will tell you what motherboard, GPU etc you have.
    Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

    I'm experiencing the same issue with this game alone, I read on other forums that it's realted to the Gpu's driver bug related to Oc incompatibility even if it's factory oc and suggested to decrease Oc to reference card standard until a decent driver will be released, in the last few days nvidia released a beta driver which solves nothing but the random driver crash&recovery issue which is still something..
