I dislike those questionnaires which exist solely to test your personality to see if you'll "fit in", I subscribe to the Winston Zeddemore school of thought...
"Uh, if there's a steady paycheck in it, I'll believe anything you say."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'
That reminded me of the Spongebob episode where Mr. Krabs insists on selling the old krabby patty to someone.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- And it might sound funny, but I would buy a O-Z just to get you in my bedroom.
Go online and apply to LongHorn Steakhouse just for the assessment. Its crazy stupid but I guess the purpose of it is to see if there is any consistency in your answers since so many of them were very similar.
In the UK if you apply to work for VirginMedia you go through a test.
Now before I talk about it, if you ever check their careers site there is this lovely looking girl saying how VirginMedia puts their customers first rather than shareholders.
That is important.
So for a laugh I tried it out, gave the correct answers to be customer friendly etc and the obvious stupid ones as being the bad choices.
Failed.
lol
False Advertisement hey hum... I bet the ones the pass are people who just randomly click answers and have an IQ of 20.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- Great site for new games with constant deals
Almost all of these online assessments for applications are stupid these days. I miss the old days where the managers actually had the chance to meet you face to face when you turned in an application. Thats how I got my current job, I met with a manager, shook her hand, explained who I was, filled out their online application right then and there, and got the call to come in for an interview within about 2 days.
