I had a IUA crash in the mission just before the last one. This crash repeats itself at a particular time, which is just when the carrier is about to be destroyed.
Therefore I cannot complete this mission and so, the game itself!
I am also running the Steam version of the game and no matter what version of the trainer I try my game crashes at the end of the cutscene when a mission begins.
