Not sure if this helps any but here is what the log says, as I'm having the same problem. Only trainer I've had a issue with in over four years.

Most likely this is a stupid question, but does this trainer work with any other versions of the game? Will it work with 1st Decade? I'm not somewhere that I can test right now. Thanks
This trainer was made by a different author using a completely different trainer and protection engine. Do not assume that it will work like every other trainer. This trainer is more likely to be blocked by ANY and ALL security software installed on the system.

i have the same prob with the command and c 3 tiberium wars 1.09 trainer. its not my anti virus webroot i let it through befor i reinstalled windows 7 it worked fine
I have a question, when I open the trainer a window opens up and says "Click to Start Program" I click OK and then my windows is telling me that it's trying to find a program to open a *.tmp file.
I also tried opening the trainer, then going to origin and launching the games, and then go to the main menu of the game and press F1 and hear nothing. I am using Windows 8 pro, and have .NET Framework 4.0.
